: Assist in preparing full set of management account (P&L, BS) : Assist in preparing Bank Recon : Key in data using Accounting software : Prepare cash flow of petty cash : Issue quotation, sales order/proforma invoice, invoice, Do etc for customer : Prepare monthly debtor/creditor aging : To follow up payment from customers : Administrative works such as filing, answering phone calls, email etc. : Have knowledge of SST (more advantages)
- Keep stock of inventory and manage all operations in the store. - Coordinating general warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions and records, and storage of inventory etc. - All items should be in its proper place. - Maintenance of stores at required levels.
